"Then the LORD spoke to the angel ...." -- 1 Chronicles 21:27
Ezekiel was calmly sitting beside the Kebar River when a windstorm with an immense cloud and flashing lightning swept into his life. Although it wasn't obvious at first, the storm brought a message from God to Ezekiel ... a message of thrilling hope and promise.

When my husband was 15 years old, he surrendered his life to the Lordship of Christ after a service at The Bowery Mission in lower Manhattan. What a joy it was for him to return to The Mission following I Saw The LORD in Northport, Long Island. Instead of playing his trumpet while his father preached, he shared from God's Word to those who gathered for mid-day chapel.
Like Ezekiel, this AnGeL is learning to listen to the Lord when He speaks from within the darkened clouds and raging storms. Some of the storms have been private in nature, yet they have been as fierce as the ones that are more visible, such as my husband's kidney failure, the commencement of his dialysis, and my daughter's emergency hospitalization. And what does God seem to be saying...
in the midst of the flashing lightning...
in the midst of the swirling turmoil of emotions...
in the midst of unexpected, unwanted, unplanned crises that break out around me?
The message is simple, yet profound: Jesus is enough. His grace is sufficient. His strength is made perfect in my weakness. He is all I need.

Although I was scheduled to be in Chicago for the wedding of a dear friend, my father called and asked me instead to help him host Governor Sarah Palin for dinner. I was thrilled to be able to do something for my Daddy, honored to meet the Governor and some of her family, and very blessed to hear her articulate her faith.
This same message from the storm has been echoed by a vast chorus of voices that I have heard through letters, emails, and FaceBook. Your voices have thrilled my heart, confirmed my faith, and underscored what I believe God is saying.
Listen...
Today I find myself in a storm; however, looking up with a fresh perspective that storms can be God's messengers. I am confident, based on what I have learned through your messages and book, that God is about to show himself to me in a new way and I need not be afraid. (Calvary Church Phoenix, AZ)
I am staying with my sister in South Carolina. My husband is staying with a friend in Florida keeping our business going. We have lost everything of this world only to find that Jesus is all we need. (E. K. - E-Devotional)

Abraham must have been incredibly comforted by the Word of the Lord. He was learning he could trust God because God knew and understood his innermost thoughts and fears. In the same gentle, tender way God will also speak to you through His Word as the thousands that gathered for Just Give Me Jesus/Upstate, SC discovered.
I heard Anne and was so blessed and encouraged. Although I've been a Christian for 35 years, due to overwhelming fears, and a desire to find peace through God and not pills or psychological games, I've been into the Word and seeking to serve Jesus with all my heart. Anne's words were so timely for me. She spoke of "7 days on her face before God confessing her sins." (Break Forth Canada)
Anne, I am reading The Magnificent Obsession and it is truly blessing me. God is using you to reach people just like me who want to know Him better but struggle with the burdens of life that have kept us from trusting Him. With His help I am laying down those burdens and will trust Him to care for them. I want to know Him better every day! (T. W. - FaceBook)
I have been so hurt and so tired of hearing more bad news. Your e-devotional is so encouraging ----- I want to be an eagle! I want to fly above the turmoil and just keep my eyes on Jesus! (G. M. - E-Devotional)

We are still getting emails almost every day from those who are on a personal revival journey which began as a result of the I Saw The LORD Church-wide experience we held at Calvary Community Church in Phoenix, AZ. Their joy and enthusiasm for getting into God's Word have been so contagious that the numbers of those attending Bible studies keep multiplying. My daughter Morrow (pictured above), who assists me in travel, participated in the Bible study workshop with Pastor Mark, his two daughters, and a friend.
I've always been a little scared of God. Not him personally, but the idea of judgment and punishment. A year and a half ago, I had an affair. My husband and I were going through a rough time and contemplating divorce. We were living in the same house, but we had totally separate lives. I am not proud of what I have done. I have asked for forgiveness and have spent many sleepless nights overcome with guilt. I have asked Jesus to come into my heart and guide my life and use it how he sees fit. I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted off of my shoulders. After reading ... Mrs. Graham-Lotz's books, I realized I am forgiven and I am saved. I was looking for answers in the wrong places and now I feel good about where I stand with God. You have given me hope where none existed before. (Email)
Thank you for today's word "When There Are No Answers." My husband and I have been hoping to conceive a child for seven and a half years. I have felt such disappointment and devastation...believing, hoping, fasting, resting, serving Him wholeheartedly, letting it go, trusting...there've been ups and downs, but I've never felt this way before where I just want to give up as the pain seems unbearable. Maybe that's where God wants me?? Today I have taken courage from your word and I know God is faithful...now I just have to navigate how to walk this season of the journey. Thank you for writing the God-inspired messages every day. (E-Devotional)
Today I felt so alone and angry about a lot of things that have happened in my life. A friend called and mentioned your radio devotional from Dec. 30 about how Jesus loves "you" no matter what. Just those simple words lifted my spirit. Today, I felt the whole world is against me but I have found renewed faith in Jesus that he is always with me. (R. O. - Daily Light for Daily Living)

Hundreds of Missourians packed the Capitol Rotunda in Jefferson City on March 29. The Sacred Assembly, requested by Legislators of both parties, began a 40-day period of prayer and fasting for resolving their budget impasse. It was my privilege to share God's Word, then lead them in a time of repentance and prayer. The "Show-Me State" demonstrated what it looks like when God's people humble themselves, pray, seek His face, and turn from their wicked ways.... How I pray it becomes contagious! (Click here to listen to Anne's message delivered in the Capitol Rotunda on March 29.)
Do you hear God whispering to your heart? Jesus is enough for you, too. When I look for Him, I find Him in the pages of my Bible. Keep listening to the testimony of others who have plunged into the Word...
I drive an 18 wheeler and I am a woman. I heard you talk about women in ministry. I love hearing you tell the Word of God. God uses women a lot in the Bible. I printed out some of your free Bible Studies to do while I am driving. (R. H. - Radio)
The more we as a church get into your Bible study, we are totally blown away. Jesus is speaking to our hearts in ways we never could have imagined. Before this study, I thought it was neat to underline or circle things in my Bible...now there's a whole new meaning to Bible study. I also would skip over verses before. Now I find those are the verses that Jesus is really blessing me with. (A. W. - I Saw The LORD Bible study)
I have been leading Pursuing MORE of Jesus in my church and am amazed at the hunger of our ladies and the thrill of finding the 3 question way of study. I have studied for 23 years and have learned so much more by slowing down and looking intently into each verse. (L. B. - Website)

Comments like the following give testimony to the fact that each media interview is a ministry opportunity. "I saw your interview on Fox. You said something so true - that our faith grows through troubled times. My faith was mediocre at best, until my wife died 2 years ago." (G.J.) Click here to watch Anne's interview on Hannity.
I am doing your study Into The Word and early every morning I spend time with God and His Word. The questions you ask have gotten me deeper into the Word and caused me to look deeper into my own life. I've followed the Lord for 50 years now, but I want more and more of Him every day and this study has caused me to search deeper. (D. W. - Into The Word)
I heard you on the radio station as you were saying "listen to me, tell someone today!" I thought that's for me today. I filed it in my mind and gave it to Jesus. At 10:00 am I had the opportunity to share my faith again ...[and this person] accepted Jesus as his Savior. He prayed to ask God to forgive him of his sin and to come into his heart. (S. Z. - Daily Light for Daily Living)
These testimonies are a small sampling of the ones pouring into our ministry office, giving evidence that God does, indeed, speak through His Word to those who are willing to draw near and listen to His voice. And through your witness, this AnGeL has heard the thrilling echo of His voice! Again and again! Thank you!

10th Anniversary
This year, 2010, is the tenth anniversary of our Just Give Me Jesus revivals! Thirty-four cities, twelve countries! Thank you for your partnership as we give glory to God for the hundreds of thousands of lives impacted, thousands of Bible Studies established and tens of thousands of eternal decisions made. When I asked the Lord how I might honor this milestone, He seemed to answer me from Mark 3:13-14: And He went up to the mountain and summoned those whom He Himself wanted, and they came to Him. He appointed twelve that they might be with Him, and that He might send them out to preach. I sensed Him calling me to invite all our past revival Chairwomen...a very select group of "disciples,"...to "come up to the mountain" at The Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
And so I sent out the invitation! The aim for this gathering is to be "with Him," that He might send us out renewed, revived, refocused, and recommitted to serve Him at this critical time in human history. Jill Briscoe, Fernando Ortega and myself will be joined by women from all twelve countries and almost every US host city as, together, we seek His face. These Chairwomen are precious, ordinary women who have become extraordinary because they heard God's call, shared our vision and passion to reach the women of their area for Christ, and climbed out of the "boat"...got out of their comfort zone...in order to "just give them Jesus!"
Would you join us in asking God for an outpouring of His Spirit in this strategic gathering we are calling A Sharpening Seminar? Please pray...
**For each Chairwoman's safety and health as she travels and adjusts to time and food changes; sweet fellowship as she interacts with other Chairs coming from radically different cultures and countries, but with the same heart and vision.
**For each Chair to be "sharpened" in her relationship with the Lord and in her ministry; that she would leave more committed than ever to continue "just giving them Jesus" at this strategic time in history. Proverbs 27:17
**For Anne, Jill, and Fernando, as they lead the ministry at A Sharpening Seminar, to be channels of God's blessing to the attendees.
**For sufficient resources to fulfill our commitment to cover the cost of The Cove and offer travel supplement to those who otherwise would be unable to attend.

My husband is an athlete, my children are athletes, and my sons-in-law are athletes. But me...I'm just a spectator. In the past few months, I have thoroughly enjoyed watching the Super Bowl, the Winter Olympics, the NCAA basketball tournament, the Masters, and other events. What would sports events be if there weren't people like me to watch them? BUT when it comes to my faith, I want to be part of the action. I don't want to be a spectator. And I don't want you to be one, either.
In John 17:1-5 we overhear Jesus in private conversation with His Father; and through His prayer, we glimpse the intimate relationship between them. In the message I believe God would have me share with you on the CD entitled, You're Invited Inside, I describe that relationship, and the amazing truth that you and I are invited to share it! This message is one that will thrill and challenge your heart, as it has mine, to embrace the magnificent obsession of knowing God. It's also a perfect gift to give someone who is still a spectator...watching others live out their faith, perhaps a little envious and resentful, wanting what they observe, but not knowing how to get it. Would you pray for them? Then give them this CD that clearly, simply, yet I believe powerfully, lets them know that, "You're Invited Inside."
